How to use bearing heaters correctly?

The bearing heater uses the eddy current heating principle of a power frequency induction heater to rapidly heat the bearing to heat and expand the inner hole. After the expansion, the bearing inner hole and the shaft realize an interference heat suit. Therefore, you must pay attention to safety in use.
Bearing heater use:
1. The grounding wire of the power supply must be good.
2. According to the inner diameter of the workpiece, select the yoke corresponding to the inner hole, and place the yoke with the workpiece on the end face of the main plate iron core, which should be flat and flat.
3. Before the yoke is placed on the main board, it is strictly forbidden to press the start button switch, otherwise it will damage the instrument or burn the fuse.
4. The temperature of the bearing heater must not exceed 150°C.
